My name is Massimiliano, I am Italian, born in Rome in 1972. Currently I live not far from Rome, near the sea, with my wife and my 2 children.
Actually I'm working for Avanade, joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, since 2002 as a Senior Consultant.
My activities are focused on supporting customers with program management of IT projects: from the idea to the reality and people management (projects allocation, training needs and career objectives identification).
My work has made me touch a lot of Microsoft stack technologies: from server product and their SDK (SharePoint, SqlServer, MSMQ, Biztalk, Live Communication Server and Exchange) to custom environment (Asp.Net, WebServices, WPF, WCF and WF).
I've used this technologies on the Postal environment, I also know very well the postal business process, and on the different Banking world: in Siena, in Milan, in Turin and in Rome.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of business process reengineering in Canon Italy while the ERP Oracle 11 adoption and implementation.

Hobbies
Programming is one hobby for me: actually for my culture, interest and personal education I'm developing a finance application dedicated to the analysis of the stock values.
In the Avanade environment I'm the owner of the DirectoryServices Accelerator Community Source Project: .Net solution to create, delete, move object and execute query in AD domain and trusted domains in easy easy way.
I like cooking: my favorites are fish (polpo, alici..), vegetables(melanzane alla parmigiana, porcini arrosto, carciofi alla giudia...) and pizza ( with Mr Gianni special receipe).
The best hobby is the two wheels: I like the motorbike and I see often every motorbike race. I don't have a real motorbike: I have a Piaggio MP3 scooter and some RC bikes :).
